Construction Worker
Qualifications:
- Multi-skilled Construction Worker capable of performing tasks across structural and finishing trades.
- Proven ability to read and understand construction drawings accurately.
- Qualified and experienced in rebar work
- Qualified and experienced in carpentry
- Qualified and experienced in masonry
- Qualified and experienced in finishing work
- Ability to perform multiple tasks across structure and finishing phases with high quality
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret reinforcement drawings
- Cut and bend steel bars for construction use
- Install reinforcement bars and meshes for foundations, columns, slabs, and beams.
- Prepare wooden or metal formwork for concrete structures
- Assemble and install formwork with proper structural alignment.
- Operate basic carpentry tools safely and accurately
- Lay bricks, blocks, or stone for walls and partitions.
- Perform interior and exterior plastering.
- Apply interior and exterior decorative finishes including tiling, rendering, and painting.
