Villa Maintainer
Qualifications:
- Couple applicants are highly preferred (combined skills in housekeeping and maintenance is a strong advantage).
- Basic knowledge of home repair, plumbing, electrical checks, and general maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in performing cleaning duties and using maintenance or gardening equipment
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of the villa’s indoor and outdoor areas.
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens.
- Handle basic maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical checks, fixtures, and general troubleshooting).
- Maintain and care for outdoor spaces including gardens, lawns, patios, and pool surroundings.
- Ensure that cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and safely stored.
- Monitor the villa’s condition and promptly report any issues or damages
- Assist with villa preparations for guests, events, and special functions.
- Run errands such as purchasing cleaning supplies or household items when necessary.

Important Notes:
- WEEKDAYS – No walk-ins, Drop box submission only (Mon–Fri)
- SATURDAYS – Walk-ins are accepted
