Bartender

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) or similar fast-paced food service environments.
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in restaurant operations, kitchen service, food preparation, or customer service is a plus.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Assist in the overall operations of the restaurant as needed, including supporting service staff and kitchen teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and sales.
