STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have worked in a 5-star hotel/resort
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics and building code requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and detail structural components and systems using steel, concrete, wood, or other materials.
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local and international building codes.
- Conduct structural assessments and inspections of existing buildings and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Review construction plans and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and building codes.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and construction documents.
- Assist in value engineering and risk assessments to improve project outcomes.
