Tilting Thermoforming Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With related experience in a Food, Pape, Packaging and Printing Factory
• Knowledge of thermoforming machinery, plastics, and production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring thermoforming machines (with tilting mold technology) to produce high-quality plastic containers, trays, and other thermoformed products
• Requires technical knowledge of thermoforming processes, machine operations, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings (heating, forming pressure, cutting, and cycle speed) for optimal performance.
• Ensure safe handling and loading of raw materials (plastic sheets/rolls).
• Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, thickness, strength, and surface finish.

• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
