Admin Assistant (HR Assistant)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding packages.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of new hire paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company record-keeping policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, leave policies, and general HR procedures.
- Help ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for performance review processes.
- Answer routine questions and provide support to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR files, organize documentation, and support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Updated resume with job description

- Diploma/TOR
- Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
- 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
