Assistant Catering Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• With a minimum 5-7 years experience in building or facility management with food management background

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the 3 Kitchens and Café – Philipino Kitchen, Indian and Pakistani Kitchen and Admin Kitchen including the Café with a personnel of 15-20 staff
• Ensure quality control and food and safety standard is followed as per company’s standard
• Ensure all complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure stock are sufficient for the daily operations

Requirements:

• Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
