Qualifications:

• Willing to learn and follow instructions and Clean criminal record and good health
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays and Committed to long-term cooperation
• Maintains high hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Must have a passport.
• Must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with nursing care according to facility rules and supervisor instructions.
• Support clients with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, dressing, and daily needs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, anti-epidemiological, OHS, and fire safety regulations.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition; record in nursing documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in client rooms, closets, beds, and assist with laundry.
• Accompany clients to medical examinations and assist with basic treatments.
• Follow all applicable labor, safety, and data protection laws and facility policies.
• Cooperate with nurses, doctors, and social workers as part of a care team.
• Use materials, equipment, and energy efficiently and responsibly.
• Provide end-of-life support with dignity and compassion and Protect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality
