EVENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Associate degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, plus 2 years of event planning experience to include 1 year direct
    supervisory or technical lead experience in an administrative capacity

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for the coordination of entertainment and logistics for a variety of
    assigned events
  • Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures and perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive in WORD FORMAT (only resumes in word format are accepted)
