Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the activities of mechanical technicians on a daily basis to ensure a efficient and professional provision of service.
- Assign tasks to suitable skilled/experienced technicians.
- Report regularly and directly to the mechanical engineer as required.
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day implementation of planned preventative maintenance.
- Ensure accurate records of all maintenance procedures are kept and up to date.
- Assist technicians as required in both hands on and training roles.
- Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
- Plan and supervise the work of technicians / Asst. technicians
- Plan and estimate mechanical jobs.
- Maintain records on mechanical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in coordinating job assignments with the other trades, e.g., plumbers, Carpenters, etc.
- Assist contractors on jobs.
- Maintain knowledge of materials in warehouse.
