Our employer Vermax Group is in need of the following positions for Canada:

Trailer Truck Driver

Qualifications:

  • Commercial driving experience (at least 3 years)
  • Completion of at least Senior High School or equivalent to the 2nd year of college (equivalent to 12 years of basic education in Canada) is required.)
  • Know how to Conduct routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, temperature logs, count sheets and incident reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive delivery vehicles to transport items to specified locations.
  • Load, unload, and verify the accuracy of items for delivery.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain delivery records, including logs, manifests, and receipts.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep delivery vehicles clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
