Barista

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar café role.
• Knowledgeable in preparing coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment, brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and café beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
• Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking and processing orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
• Monitor inventory of coffee supplies, ingredients, and café materials.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food and beverage items.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
