Trends Beauty International is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and brand development initiatives in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth across multiple online platforms.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory marketing role.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee social media marketing, content marketing, and online brand presence.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance data to optimize strategies
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional activities and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
