BLOW MOULDING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in blow moulding operations, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• High school diploma, ITI, or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and production processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic blow moulding machines, manage mold/color changes, and set up machines to produce bottles according to production plans.
• Monitor conveyors for damaged bottles, operate bagging/debagging stations, and maintain high-speed production rates.
• Perform regular inspections for bottle defects, such as holes, imperfections, or incorrect weight.
• Perform autonomous maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines (wearing earplugs, safety glasses) and maintain a clean work environment.
