PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in logistics, transport, or delivery operations
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-site operations or project-based logistics
• Proficient in logistics systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, preferably with experience in PNG or similar contexts

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage logistics, transport, and delivery projects
• Oversee multiple sites and ensure operations run efficiently and on schedule
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
