Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Opening/closing the restaurant, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Supervising, motivating, and scheduling team members, assigning specific tasks, providing training/coaching, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
• Greeting guests, ensuring, fast/accurate service, and handling complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing cash handling, including balancing registers and processing payments.
• Monitoring food waste, managing table turnover, and reporting on daily, sales, and employee performance to upper management.

Salary and Benefits:

• SAR 1,800 + SAR 300 ( PHP 32,000 )
• Free Accommodation & Transportation
• Visa & Ticket provided by the company

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
