RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With experienced working as receptionist or customer service role(preferably in salon, spa, or hospitality settings)
• Proficient in using computers and appointment scheduling softwares. (book , cancel, re-schedule appointments)

Responsibilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Promotes spa services, packages, and promotions to clients.
• Book, cancel, and re schedule appointments; answer calls and respond to emails.
• Strong attention to details and time management skills.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, managed inventory, and assist with other daily front desk operations.
