Collaborative Robot Welding Machine (Fitter)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification is a plus).
- With experience as a Pipe Fitters or Fabricators
- Familiarity with collaborative robots, arc welding processes (like MIG/MAG), and their associated equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Program and adjust weld paths and parameters using the cobot’s controller and teach pendant for different pipe types and sizes.
- Adapt and Optimize weld programs based on sensor feedback, such as through-arc seam tracking, to maintain weld quality, especially with varying materials or inconsistencies.
- Operate a collaborative robot arm equipped with a welding torch to perform precise, consistent welds on piping support components.

- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
