OFFICE ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing and refilling the Refresh Stations following hygiene standards
- Responsible in coffee capsules refill
- Managing and refilling the Print Stations
- Monitor meeting rooms (neat & tidy, arrange the chairs, and report no shows by logging in the sheet)
- Ensure all meeting rooms have 2 blue pens, 2 black pens, 2 black markers, 2 blue markers, and an Eraser.
- Log any maintenance issues in the office
- Monitor staff to eat at designated areas only
- Assist in Printing, scanning, and binding requests
- Providing complete office support during meetings, including the 2 flexi rooms on each floor
- Handing over all lost and found items to the client reception on the ground floor before 5 pm
- Ensure hospitality is excellent when meeting clients/staff
- Supporting events, meetings, and conference setups
- Maintaining pantry areas (e.g., preparing fruits, collecting mugs, etc.
- Should be presentable and have a good command of English.
