PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Proven tuna process inn experience and practices supervision experience
• Minimum for at least 5 year supervisory experience in tuna processing
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs
• Leading and guiding a group of around 100 personnel as this in the main challenge in the process
• Technical knowledge in precooking operations will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Must be able to learn and maintain standard requirements of gmp, haccp, ssop, lacf, employee terms & conditions and the png fisheries standard requirements
• Had to know and understand all relevant organizational health & safety measures and requirements which are involved within your working environment
• Had to be familiar with the audit standard and requirement such as sa 8000, brc/ifs, halal, bsci and also other audits undertaken by canned fish producing industries.
• To ensure day to day operations within the parameter plan by the hod and the management
