NURSE TRAINER

Qualifications:

• A masters degree in nursing
• Previous experience as a Nursing Instructor or in similar role
• Strong knowledge or current nursing practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in using computer and digital teaching tools

Responsibilities:

• Design, distribute , and utilize instructional material, aids and manuals
• Plan and teach courses in nursing to meet curriculum requirement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulation and organizational policies
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to care standards
• Develop efficient staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Monitor patient care and address any concern promptly
• Train and mentor nursing staff for career development
