STATIONARY CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Customer service oriented, manual handling

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver stationery items to customers as per stationery request form, in the limit of the available stock, judging the quantities that
    will compromise between the stock and the client requirement.
  • Keep stationery on clean shelves, in an organized manner or proper deposited on the floor level, arrange the stationery on shelves respecting the
    rule of heavy items from waist level down
  • Maintain and manage adequate stock and highlight the shortage of the material before it runs out from the store.
  • Highlight and provide statistics on how frequently is consumed material and which is not included in our inventory list

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive in WORD FORMAT (only resumes in word format are accepted)
  • Full body photo in corporate attire
  • Vocational/ Training certificates
  • Valid passport of atleast 1 year
