Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in the operation of restaurants and food retail outlets.
• 3 – 5 years experience in service industries with emphasis on fast food retailing.
• Mature with stable temperament
• Co-operation and friendly manner so as to develop good relationships with staff and customers.
• Responsible work habits.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall organization and control of the food outlet of the retail locations.
• Co-ordinate and direct the retail food activities and staff, with emphasis on service and efficiency.
• Responsible for food safety requirements and health and safety programme.
• Preparation of various monthly reports to support the General Manager.
• Training of food service staff.

• Valid Passport
