International Recruiter (Gulf Experience)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience in Gulf countries, with strong exposure to high-volume sourcing.
• Proven experience in international recruitment across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of visa processing, medical, and mobilization procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays when needed.
• With experience working for competitors in the manpower/recruitment sector will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across diverse industries.
• Source candidates from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, USA, and South Africa.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with overseas agencies, vendors, and local HR teams to streamline the recruitment process.
  Manage job postings, sourcing databases, interview schedules, and documentation for visa processing.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support bulk hiring needs.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines, especially during critical mobilization phases.
• Work during holidays or extended hours when required, based on project urgency.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and provide updates to the management team.
• Preferably familiar with competitors’ recruitment strategies and talent pool.
