Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Any relevant certificates related to occupational health or specific medical fields are desirable.
- Previous experience working in Gulf countries or familiarity with Gulf country healthcare standards would be beneficial.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in maintaining medical records and documentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a corporate setting, prioritizing employee health and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare services, first aid treatments, and medical assistance to employees within the company premises.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and regular check-ups to monitor and promote employee health and well-being.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, accidents, and injuries, providing immediate care and coordinating with external medical facilities when necessary.
- Maintain and manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory for the clinic.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers, such as hospitals or clinics, for referrals or consultations.
