Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Any relevant certificates related to occupational health or specific medical fields are desirable.
  • Previous experience working in Gulf countries or familiarity with Gulf country healthcare standards would be beneficial.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in maintaining medical records and documentation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a corporate setting, prioritizing employee health and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary healthcare services, first aid treatments, and medical assistance to employees within the company premises.
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and regular check-ups to monitor and promote employee health and well-being.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, accidents, and injuries, providing immediate care and coordinating with external medical facilities when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory for the clinic.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers, such as hospitals or clinics, for referrals or consultations.
