Sales Manager (ICT)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Strong background in Telecommunication/ICT Industry
• Experience in selling ICT products such as Internet Packages, Servers, HCI Solutions, Networking, Desktops, Laptops

Responsibilities: 

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.
• Advise client’s on products/service solution that meet their needs, and resolve any issue or complaints.
• Search for new clients who could benefit from the company’s products and services in a designated region.
• Travel to visit potential clients
• Establish new and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements.
• Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Negotiate and close sales within agreeable terms and conditions
• Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet clients needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
