Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all marketing campaigns and execution including in store retail execution, Digital campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, etc. plus ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Work with our Retail and Distribution teams to create unique marketing campaigns for our products.
  Ensure all campaigns are executed on time in all channels through your work with the Graphics team, Customer Service Team, retail and Logistics.
• Provide detailed analysis of each campaign to our Business and Suppliers.
• Creating campaigns that are targeted to the audience on social media including Influencers, Brand Ambassadors and video creativity
• Continue our focus on our Loyalty programs and also online shopping platform through app development, process improvement and customer engagement.
• Continue our focus on staff and product training through our online training platform
• Work with our partners for our CRS programs which are a key part of our business focus.
• Mentor and continually develop our team to continue to be the number 1 Retail Marketing company in PNG.
