WORKSHOP MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Background in Business Administration or Human Resources is an advantage
  Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience (10 years total experience preferred)
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong technical knowledge of modern machinery and equipment
• Experience in workshop or farm equipment maintenance operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize preventive maintenance activities for all vehicles, machinery, and mechanical equipment
• Establish and enforce safety rules and regulations for workshop staff
• Implement company policies as directed by the General Manager
• Manage requisition and inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Ensure proper accountability and tracking of all spare parts replacements
• Supervise workshop personnel and ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare monthly reports on accomplishments, issues, and recommendations
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to operational and safety standards
