TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled and reliable Welding Robot Loaders/Unloaders to support automated welding operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading metal components into robotic welding stations, performing MAG and spot welding tasks when required, and ensuring finished products meet quality and production standards.

WELDING ROBOT LOADER/UNLOADER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Age requirement: 24–45 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in welding or manufacturing.
  • Experience in operating or supporting robotic welding equipment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in MAG welding is required.
  • Ability to perform spot welding, pre-welding, and basic weld quality inspections.
  • Able to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and production specifications.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Willing to work in the Czech Republic and comply with company policies and production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Load raw materials and metal components into robotic welding machines for production.
  • Unload finished welded products and inspect them for quality and completeness.
  • Operate and support robotic welding equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Perform MAG welding and spot/pre-welding as required to prepare components for robotic welding.
  • Conduct basic visual inspections of welded parts to verify weld quality and identify defects.
  • Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production specifications.
  • Ensure proper positioning and alignment of workpieces before welding operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow workplace health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
