You and I Cooperative is hiring skilled Welders under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Japan. The role involves performing welding works in accordance with Japanese manufacturing or construction standards while maintaining high quality, safety, and discipline in the workplace.

WELDER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only (TITP track requirement).
• At least 3 years of relevant welding experience.
• Preferably 35 years old and below.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Must have a very good work attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Committed to learning Nihongo (Japanese language) for free.
• Must be willing to work in Japan and complete the full contract period.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding work using appropriate techniques based on job requirements (e.g., arc welding, MIG/MAG, TIG as assigned).
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding through cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with standards.
• Perform repairs and rework as needed.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow strict workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Comply with Japanese employer standards, discipline, and work ethics.
• Participate in on-the-job training and language learning programs.
