Jaddarah Workforce Services Co. is hiring experienced Production Technicians to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality, equipment reliability, and compliance with manufacturing and safety standards.
Production Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related working experience.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must have experience working in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiar with quality control procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor semiconductor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine equipment setup, inspection, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor production output and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process specifications.
- Maintain accurate production and equipment maintenance records.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of production and work areas.
- Adhere to workplace safety, quality, and environmental policies at all times.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
