Cooperante D.O.O. is seeking skilled Auto Denters / Panel Beaters to join its automotive repair team in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels, restoring vehicles to their original condition, and preparing surfaces for painting while maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety.
AUTO DENTER/PANEL BEATER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Auto Denter or Panel Beater.
- At least a Vocational Diploma or Diploma in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of auto body repair, panel beating, surface preparation, painting, and finishing processes.
- Experience using automotive body repair tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess body repair requirements.
- Repair dents, damaged panels, and vehicle body structures using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Remove, replace, and align damaged body panels and components.
- Straighten vehicle frames and body parts using specialized repair equipment.
- Prepare repaired surfaces for painting through sanding, filling, and priming.
- Perform minor welding, grinding, and metal finishing as required.
- Ensure all repair work meets manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
