GP Care Solutions GmbH / Liebherr is seeking skilled Welders (MAG 135) to join its manufacturing and production operations in Germany. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality MAG (135) welding on steel assemblies and pipe joints while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, and quality standards. This position is ideal for experienced welders who are committed to precision, safety, and continuous improvement in a modern industrial production environment.

Qualifications::

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a MAG (135) Welder.
• Proven experience performing MAG (135) welding on steel assemblies and pipe joints.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding plans, and fabrication specifications.
• Strong understanding of welding quality standards and visual weld inspection procedures.
• Experience operating welding equipment, manipulators, overhead cranes, and bridge cranes.
• Ability to work safely, independently, and efficiently in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and on rotating shift schedules.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher is required.
• Basic German (A1/A2) language skills are an advantage, or willingness to learn German.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MAG (135) welding on steel assemblies, structural components, and pipe joints ranging from 6 mm to 100 mm in thickness.
• Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, welding symbols, work instructions, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
• Prepare materials by cleaning, aligning, fitting, and positioning components prior to welding.
• Produce high-quality welds that meet project specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections of completed welds and identify defects requiring repair or rework.
• Operate welding machines, manipulators, overhead cranes, and bridge cranes safely and efficiently.
• Handle steel materials and fabricated components using appropriate lifting equipment and safe work practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required by company procedures.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and environmental policies at all times.
• Work independently and collaboratively with production teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
