WATER PROOFING AGENT

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in a relevant trade or similar field.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in car coating or Paint Protection Film (PPF).
• Knowledge of how to properly install and remove paint protection film.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience preparing automotive surfaces for coating or film application.
• Knowledge of automotive detailing and surface protection techniques.
• Able to use relevant hand tools and automotive application equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on automotive work.
• Able to follow technical instructions, product specifications, and company procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and quality-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and remove paint protection film (PPF) and automotive protective coatings according to established procedures.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces before applying coating or paint protection materials.
• Clean, wash, degrease, and inspect automotive surfaces to ensure they are ready for treatment.
• Measure, cut, position, and apply protective films accurately to vehicle surfaces.
• Ensure paint protection film is properly aligned, fitted, and applied without visible defects.
• Remove existing protective films carefully without damaging the vehicle’s paint or surface.
• Apply car coating products according to manufacturer specifications and workplace procedures.
• Inspect completed work for bubbles, wrinkles, uneven application, scratches, contamination, or other defects.
• Correct installation issues and perform finishing work when necessary.
• Use appropriate hand tools, cutting tools, applicators, and automotive detailing equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, tools, materials, and the work area throughout the coating and installation process.
• Handle coating products, films, cleaning agents, and other materials properly.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements when handling chemicals and automotive materials.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Report damaged materials, product defects, or technical issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other automotive coating, surface protection, and related duties as assigned.
