Hofmann Personal is seeking skilled Warehouse Operators for deployment to Czech Republic. The successful candidate will handle warehouse operations including material handling, inventory management, and equipment operation using modern logistics systems.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25 to 35 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts, stackers, and other warehouse handling equipment (including pallet movers).
• Experience using touch-panel operated equipment (required).
• Experience using SAP system for data entry (required).
• Experience with reader/scanner devices is an advantage.
• Experience operating gantry cranes is an advantage.
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks is an advantage.
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and operational instructions.
• Video recording while operating forklifts (as required for assessment/documentation).

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, stackers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and organize incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform inventory control using SAP system and scanning devices.
• Handle warehouse materials, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures.
• Use touch-panel equipment for warehouse operations and tracking systems.
• Support logistics processes including order picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and ensure safe operation of all equipment.
• Assist in general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to meet operational targets.
