Qualifications:
- Open for male and female applicants.
- Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
- Must have experience in a related restaurant, dining, or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality service.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and pleasant personality.
- Knowledgeable in food service, dining etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Physically fit and capable of working in fast-paced restaurant environments.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining professional hospitality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Attend to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Process billing and payment transactions accurately when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining tables before and after service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest dining experiences.
