WAITRESS/WAITER

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasing personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing restaurant service duties.
• Willing to work abroad in Kuwait.
• Willing to undergo the required medical examination.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Good attention to cleanliness, personal grooming, and proper service standards.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide courteous and attentive service throughout the customer’s dining experience.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen or service team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Check orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure timely order delivery.
• Set up tables and dining areas before service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after customers leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining and service areas.
• Ensure adequate supplies of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service items.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and pleasing personality while on duty.
• Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist other members of the food and beverage team as needed.
• Follow company policies, service procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant and customer service operations as assigned.
