Tikka n Curry Restaurant is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Waitresses to provide excellent dining service and ensure a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining professional and courteous service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience as a Waitress or in the food and beverage industry.
- Holder of Food & Beverage NC II with related training and certifications.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Skilled in carrying plates and trays safely and efficiently.
- Able to remain calm, composed, and professional when dealing with challenging customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, take customer orders accurately, and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Carry plates, trays, and beverages safely and professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and attentive service.
- Handle challenging customer situations calmly and professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards at all times.
