Mado Turkey is seeking experienced and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join its restaurant and hospitality team in Qatar. The successful candidates will provide professional table service, assist guests with menu selections, accurately process food and beverage orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Waiter / Waitress

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Vocational training in Food and Beverage Services, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, dining etiquette, and restaurant operations.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to take accurate orders and work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Responsible, courteous, hardworking, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage items.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated clearly to relevant staff.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintained throughout service.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow proper dining etiquette and food and beverage service procedures.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as required.
• Ensure guests receive accurate orders and timely service.
• Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and food hygiene standards.
• Perform other restaurant service duties as assigned.
