WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome
• Experience in fine dining restaurant service is required
• Must have prior waiter/waitress experience
• Knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages (not limited to café service)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proactive, attentive, and service-oriented attitude
• Graduate of HRM, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage
• Open to first-time overseas applicants with strong professionalism and potential

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction at all times
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Follow restaurant service standards and procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
