WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Waiter or in a similar food and beverage service role.
- Must hold a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Stay attentive to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company service standards.
- Ensure food orders are prepared correctly by the kitchen staff and presented professionally before serving.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service concerns courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
