VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants.
• Must have completed High School or possess relevant educational qualifications.
• Age requirement: 23–35 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in value retail or fashion brands.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Creative, artistic, and knowledgeable about current fashion and retail trends.
• Knowledgeable in reading and executing planograms accurately.
• Skilled in store display arrangement, product presentation, and visual styling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain attractive visual displays in retail stores according to company standards.
• Execute planograms and merchandising guidelines accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange clothing, accessories, mannequins, and promotional displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor current fashion trends and apply creative merchandising concepts in-store.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, visually appealing, and updated regularly.
• Coordinate with store management and sales teams regarding merchandising activities and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in seasonal display setups, product launches, and store events.
• Monitor stock presentation and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
• Maintain visual merchandising tools, fixtures, and display materials properly.
• Follow company retail standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.
