TRANSPORTATION OFFICER

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics-related roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of transport operations and fleet management.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily transportation schedules and routes.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments for staff, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor transport operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, trips, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Coordinate with drivers and departments to meet transportation requirements.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company transport policies.
• Report transportation activities and issues to management.
