We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Coordinator to manage transportation and logistics operations, including customs clearance coordination and delivery scheduling. The successful candidate will ensure efficient transport processes, maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers, and support daily operational requirements in Saudi Arabia.

TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the same field.
  • Must have experience in customs clearance operations.
  • Must have relevant work experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of logistics, transport coordination, and documentation procedures.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities.
  • Handle and monitor customs clearance processes and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery and movement of goods and materials.
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, clients, and government agencies regarding transport schedules and shipment updates.
  • Maintain accurate transport records, permits, and shipment documents.
  • Resolve transportation issues and provide effective customer service support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local transport regulations.
  • Monitor transportation costs and operational efficiency.
