TIG Welder Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing company is required.
• Skilled in welding and fabricating stainless steel grades 304 and 316L.
• Proven experience in food-grade hygienic TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards applicable to food processing facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components and equipment used in food manufacturing facilities.
• Weld and fabricate stainless steel grades 304 and 316L in accordance with engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out hygienic food-grade TIG welding for processing lines, tanks, pipelines, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication blueprints, and welding symbols accurately.
• Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and finish stainless steel materials to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure compliance with quality, sanitary, and food safety standards.
• Repair, modify, and maintain stainless steel production equipment and piping systems as required.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following workplace safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Report equipment defects, welding issues, and material requirements to supervisors.
• Comply with company policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and food manufacturing standards.
• Perform other fabrication and maintenance duties assigned by management.
