Changwon Corporation Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Terminator to perform cable termination and electrical connection works for electrical construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and maintaining electrical cables and related components while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in electrical construction, strong technical skills, and knowledge of cable termination procedures and electrical systems.

TERMINATOR

Qualifications:

• Must have a VALID TRC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as a Terminator.
• Proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical cable termination, installation, and testing procedures.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and termination documents.
• Experience working with industrial electrical systems and construction environments.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cable termination, glanding, and connection works according to project requirements.
• Install and connect electrical cables, terminals, and related components.
• Prepare cables by cutting, stripping, crimping, and installing cable accessories.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, termination diagrams, and technical documents.
• Perform inspection and testing of completed cable terminations to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Identify and correct termination issues and connection faults.
• Ensure proper installation of cable supports, trays, glands, and related electrical accessories.
• Coordinate with electricians, supervisors, and other site personnel to complete electrical works efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
