Technician (HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and operation.
• Knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with facility management and technical teams to optimize system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and company protocols.
• Provide support to senior engineers and guidance to junior technicians as required.
