TECHNICAL GENERAL
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects or maintenance work
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tasks in various environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in building utilities and equipment
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Inspect systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance
- Support installation and modification of MEP systems as required
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
