Team Leader (Ship Foreman)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
  Safety-conscious and reliable
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills for site and farm operations
• Able to manage ship operations and supervise staff effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise ship operations ensuring safety and efficiency
• Coordinate daily tasks for the ship crew and ensure proper execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Manage logistics and equipment handling for smooth farm operations
• Maintain records of ship operations, tasks, and safety protocols
• Provide guidance and training to crew members and farm staff on ship operations
