Team Leader – ICU / Med-Surg / LTC / ER

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• Proven experience in ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, or ER settings.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing teams in ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, and ER units.
• Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care.
• Coordinate daily operations, staff schedules, and patient assignments.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, promoting professional development.
• Monitor clinical performance and provide feedback to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, management, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
